Well they certainly have, and he looks like crap! His hair is worse than mine in the morning!
They found him down a hole/dungeon at about 8:30pm on Saturday (American time). He had 2 AK47's and a pistol with him and got taken away peacefully with no shots fired. He didn't really have much choice as the coalition sent 600 troops after him!
