I didn't even notice this section before, I hope it's not too late!

SpriteLAN's first event is this weekend (27-29th of Feb). It's in Aldershot, Hampshire. it's 20 quid to get in (half price if you bring a friend), there's a limit of 40 people, ProjectorGames get their own room, there will be films, live music, and a trip to an all-you-can-eat restaurant that just plain rocks.

You bring a friend, you get in half price.


That seeeems straighforwards enough. You can't bring more than one friend, and you can't be each other's friends.

I think what he means is, do both get half price? Ie: you and the friend you bring, or does the person bringing the friend get in half pirce, making his mate cough up the full cash :) - If so, putty_thing is my mate, I'm not his :D

If you've got half a brain between you, you'll arrange it to both bring a friend, and each of them bring a friend, and so on... which was obviously the idea. :P

Heh, but that means the last guy awalys has to pay full price, why would he wont to come if is mate can get in for half price? and hes stuck paying the full wack.
