tBG 26 Games List

As I have formatted twice since tBG25 i have lost almost every game that I had installed...

I was wondering if there was any new games that haven't been updated on the list from last time so I can get them in advance to get ready for some pwnage ;)

As for new games, due to the lack of dedicated servers and server side support for MW2 we are not sure if that'll feature as a tournament game, though i'm sure it'll be played in games throughout the LAN, though dunno about BIG games due to the player cap! (IW fail!) L4D2 looks to be compatible on the game'o'meter for some epic pwnage on coop or versus.

As for other games to get, we would suggest. Getting some practice in on DoW2, Q3, Trackmania, TF2, L4D2, LFS, COD:MW as these _may_ put you in good stead for a good points finish ;) , though any game you can have a BIG MP action in we'll try and get featured at some point so battlefield etc.. as there is nothing like 32v32!

so did anyone get anything over the festive break they think might work well on a large scale?! I've been playing this battlegrounds 2 (HL2 mod) which is fairly lolz :) and might work well at tBG for a one off game!

I don't think people wanna be playing the source engine for 3 days straight.

Pretty much all the games at tBG25 were enjoyable, UT2k4, TF2, Q3Arena (Where I lost 27 to 0), DoW2 which I missed out on, and even TMN

Liking the look of battlegrounds, depending how much of a pain in the arse it is to get everyone setup with it.

We've got an more varied selection of tournaments lined up this time, including most of the games listed above :)

Nope, but I'm sure we can get a game of Sim Earth in there somewhere! first person to evolve past bacteria wins!

Mind you, Ski Free could be assuming, if only to see how many people get eaten by the Yeti.

Well, you can use GameRanger to play it, but the multiplayer has been taken out and cant be accessed from within the game.

I reckon some console should be thrown into the mix.....oh and some 4vs4 Left 4 Dead 2 Versus matches...

I have a Wii with Mariokart and Brawl... with 4 Gamecube controllers aswell as wiimotes... quite happily to lend it....

They'll be plenty of LF4D2, that you can be sure about.

Many people also bring along their consoles, I often see a lot of Halo being played, and so on, so feel free to bring along your Wii, maybe if there is room and intrest, it can be hooked up to the projector (tho I have no idea if Wiimote can understand abstract screen sizes)
