Chaps,

I need an ATX2 PSU for as little money as possible for my torrent box. The power supply doesn't need to be too special as it's only going to be powering a bunch (6ish?) hard drives but something that won't 'splode would be good.

Anyone have something?

Cheers :D

I'll have a dig around, I'm sure I have a OEM PSU somewhere. What price range are you looking at?

I got an Enermax Liberty 400W you can have for a £10 (mates rates) Mr Jimbo.

I also have an Enermax Liberty 620W, but I'd want more for that.

Both have only ever been used in a single machine (and were replaced in step as my power requirements increase (bloody graphics cards!)

The 400 sounds possitively delightful thank you Dave!

I have the 400w Enermax Liberty in my main rig, very nice PSU. How much would you want for the 620w version Shadow?

They still go for £100 bucks, and this is pretty much brand new. so I'd be wanting £50 for it :)

I'd be happy to give you £40 for it. £63 would get new 650w Corsair with long warranty. I'm only really upgrading to give away my old one to someone.

Works for me. Deal.

Want me to bring it to tBG, or need it sooner?

Oi, Shad! That power supply you told me isn't tripping the power to the whole house every 20 minutes, think something is wrong..

I caved and bought a Corsair HX620 in the end Shadow so no worries there.

Putty I have a nearly new psu (300w 24pin 12cm fan nice n' heavy) which you can have for nothing if you need. Have to pick it up from me in Southampton/Rownhams though or have it at tbg.

Thanks for the very generous offer, I grabbed Shad's PSU off him at the weekend which is working well for now - will certainly let you know if I need another one though :D
