Yes all of you, all of you that are playing Half-Life 2 right now, NOW; whilst I'm at work! I hope you're mind disolve in bog rot you wretched vial scum of contempt. I hope your very bones erupt in gangreenous puss and your eyes boil with the pain of a thousand needles. May your liver burst spewing rancid bile into your belly for you are the entrails of a gutted maggot.

Have a nice day

If you have the coupon you can get the Hard copy mailed to you in about 8-10 weeks. If I read the blurb right you can still play it via Steam content delivery as no key is shipped with the CD.

I think Shadow is one of the few...

Game is pwnage - just met up with the gy with the shotgun but somehow so far I feel I am still trying to get to the beginning of the story, anyone else think that?

Still waiting for the Grav gun. The physics puzzles are a nice touch (when you can figure them out). I get a little bit of stutter and the laod times can be long but this game owns big time. I well excited about the mods this little puppy is gonna spawn. The colours are bright the game does not really on dark corridors unlike some games I could mention.

I dunno about the rest of you, but I played through almost six hours of HL1:Source yesterday (In case you don't remember how big HL1 is, that's playing it through at a pretty breakneck pace) and then went on to HL2. I probably played through about 1.5-2 hours (before finishing the day with a couple of hours of Dawn of War with Lloyd0), and I barely feel I've scratched the surface. I actually hope that's true, because so far I've not really felt into it at all, it started off well but then I got that stupid speeder thing and from there it was just physics puzzles and easy driving. And whilst I loved the see-saw with bricks (I was actually playing with it thinking this must have been a tech demo, before I realised it was part of the game :)) they soon got a bit repetitive. I have read in the one non-spoiler review I saw that he also felt the speeder section went on a bit, so hopefully once that's finished we can get on with the game proper. I was glad I played through HL1 though, just remind me what it had to live up to (although maybe that's not such a good thing, because it's a hell of a lot!). Hopefully get a lot further through today, gotta leave in a second to pick up my new RAM :D

Wedgeh, Easy on the descriptions please, some people may have not got there yet.

When you mension the speeder part, just think how long the train part went on in HL1, there is no diffirence, besides I found that part great and was annoyed that I couldn't keep taking my speeder with me (same with the train in HL1, I would have taken that to Zen with me if could have...)

So far impression of game, I think it may be the only squel I've played in a long time that betters its self - and being Half-Life that says a LOT.
