We know theres been alot of you waiting for us to announce the dates of the next event which was expected to be held at Easter. The reason that we have not yet announced any dates is unfortunatly because we have not been able to get a location for the event.

The usual location is fully boooked for the entire easter period, this is due to the ending of their building work on a new section of the school which has been going on for several years. The opening ceremony is being held on easter weekend, and they are not allowing ANY events in the school for the entire easter period so that they can concentrate their efforts on promoting the new building. -which sucks for us really, because usually they could move other events around to accomodate us, but unfortunatly this is non-negotiable.

Since we learned about this, myself and the rest of the crew have been investigating alternative locations to hold the event, but all our searching have not turned up anywhere suitable for us.

We apologise for leaving this announcement so late, but we've got a plan!!

During the summer of 2005 we plan to hold 2 events! one near the beginning and one near the end of the summer! Expect more details to follow shortly....

Power requirements
Furniture requirements
Security
Parking and amenities
Max cost for the venue
