OMG Spleenus, how much crap have you got running?! Look at that systray, you need about non of that.

Your system must be well sluggish and slow to boot :( Come find me at tBG and let me short that mess out! Your system could be running loads faster and with less problems if you cleaned it up a little :mad:

rofl, I know how to get rid of it all. It's not sluggish that I know of either :)
What runs is, nvidia centre (which can go), audigy sound mixer, P900 connector, United Devices agent, MSN, Firewall, AV, AV console, Steam and Teamspeak.

I'm quite renowned for having lots of things running ;) but I'll disable most of them for the LAN.

Ok, better, slightly.

Bet you most of its still running tho.

Run RegEdit fine your Run Node look at the prog names it running and have a look for them on

See if they can go, if they can. remove them :D

You can do the same with serivces, but if you do that make sure you follow the guide to making another Hardware profile, just in case.

Or better still do a me, me pc allways fucks up before a lan, requiring a format c:\, a new install, so it does that but its just easier!

I would send in my desktop, except my monitor doesn't appear to be working, so i'm having to use the parentals comp...still, i can confidently say if i did show it there would be a piss take session within minutes of the first viewing ;)
